Born and raised in the south, Mississippian Jordan Lamb has always considered himself a story waiting to be told. From humble roots of poetry to a growing practice and passion for rap, the Mississippi native has undergone a genuine transformation to his current moniker, Robby La-Ro. It was with the adopted motto ‘no craft can be better sculpted than by the sculpting of your own hands’ that Robby has worked to improve his musical talents. La-Ro continues to extend his discography with recent singles “Full Metal Jacket” “Rooms in the Sky” and “44 Bars”, none of which would exist without the help of close friend and collaborator Fish. At first listen, Robby’s music is exuberant, impactful, and brazen but beneath the high energy lies a disciplined use of meter, poetic language, and a shocking aptitude for delivery. The result is a hitmaker in human form. The proof is pouring from Robby’s previous music, which grow more ambitious by the release. Robby La-Ro is a shot for the moon with aim at the stars.
