Биография

YUKA is a 16 year old artist who adores music. She has been singing for as long as she can remember and has first taken the stage at the age of 5 when she fell in love with the joy of expressing her feelings through music and seeing it’s effect on people’s faces. At six years old she won Mamaia Copiilor, a contest for young talents, at seven she released her first album and a year later she was taking the stage at Next Star. She has always been attracted to the stage, in all its forms, music or theatre. In 2015 she had a main role in a theatre production and in 2020 she dubbed as the voice of a main character in a French-Romanian production. She graduated from music school and had since continued her passion for singing, writing and composing. She plays the piano, guitar and ukulele and when she’s not composing, she listens to all kind of music. She has a playlist for any kind of mood, from Tate McRae to Dua Lipa or Queen. She’s now in high school where she has the most amazing and supportive teachers and colleagues. She’s also in the local scout team and loves to go camping with the group, playing the guitar and singing at the campfire.
