i am reminded, yet again, of how precious life is. if you write a letter for someone, i am here gently nudging you to send it. say those things, pluck those heart strings let ‘em sing. learn and feel and sit with emotions like they can fill a chair, you are made of so much, and it is so incredible how we can feel. why not explore and learn from the flowers and the grasses, the spiders and the drifting leaves, the breeze and the worms, the stones in the creek and the glass on the beach? it’s a pearl, it’s diamonds, it’s love and stress compounding, its eyes and ears and eyelashes and toes, it’s tangible beauty that echoes in intangible, inexplicable ways through veins and minds and voices and music and kisses and embraces..let’s love love love. and let’s love love love on this mother earth as well. she’s not ours to own or destroy, and we can do so many little and big things to move her towards healing. i send you, love love love. - mary
