Биография

Born in New Delhi, India, Manikaant Suryan started his journey in music when his father noticed him singing along the radio at the age of 10. After training in Hindustani Classical Music for 3 years, he picked up the guitar on his own and started writing songs at the age of 19. He has performed with the A cappella group Vocal Rasta at The Scared Festival, Pushkar and played his songs at TedX Jaipur. He views music and lyrics as tools that can make you take a pause and reflect on your life. You will find common every day words and objects in his writing, because that's where he draws inspiration from; simple observations in our everyday life that hold meaning if taken a moment to address. His debut single "Kahan Hai Kal" is one such song. It asks you questions, ones he believes everyone should ask themselves from time to time to reassess and realign their paths. It urges you to be in the here and now and have an honest conversation with yourself. His debut album, in the making for the last 3 years, is now in the final stages of production and will follow the debut single soon.
