Infectious Bristol-based post-punk outfit The Violent Hearts formed in early 2017 by James Mattock and Carl Murrihy, formerly of UK band SHARKS, later to be joined by drummer Aidan Sin (The Computers/Jim Jones Revue). The band released their first double A-side single, 'Porcelain World/Hex on Me' in 2018 on Roosevelt Records. A handful of UK shows gained them their first proper support tour in January 2020, with L.A.'s Twin Temple. On September 3rd 2021, The Violent Hearts released their debut LP ‘Everything and Nothing’ on Dinner For Wolves (AUS).
