    Paul Mounsey is a composer, producer and arranger who has worked in film, television, theatre, as well as the concert hall and the Latin American pop market. He has for several years composed music for several major Hollywood motion pictures. A native of Scotland and a graduate of Trinity College of Music, London, he lived for an extended period in Brazil. Over the years he has had the opportunity to collaborate with musicians as diverse as Etta James, Michael Nyman, Danny Elfman, Antonio Carlos Jobim, John Powell, Chico Buarque, Jimmy Cliff and Hans Zimmer. He has taught (University of London, FAAP São Paulo), he’s written pop hits for Mexican boy bands, received commissions for concert and multimedia works, and lived with and recorded the music of indigenous communities in the Amazon rainforest. He currently divides his time between Los Angeles and Scotland.
