Sunset Headrest was formed as an avenue to perform and release the solo recordings of multi-instrumentalist Marley Mondzheyovsky. His first single, “Hey Kid” released in mid 2019, was well acclaimed and was ultimately the catalyst that pushed the band into a proper direction. Ranging from Lo-Fi and melancholic to bright and energetic, his blend of genres is best described as “garage pop”.
