About 10 years ago, Potent left his hometown of Jersey City, NJ for his first diy tour with only a book bag full of crappy Merch and a few outfits. Little did he know it would change his whole world view. After a few failures and breakdowns Po fell into a deep and quiet depression, only to have an ego death/spiritual awakening when he mistakenly ingested too much of the research drug, 5-MEO. The song "Numb Jesus" was spawned directly after that and he was never the same again.
