Rivers & Tides in its original line-up was formed back in 2013 in the small town of Regensburg. The band sprung very organically from a quite vivid subcultural DIY scene. It took the band five years in order to write their first full length. Not only did the band change and evolve over these years, but even more did each and every individual. While dealing with personal issues in life it was quite a struggle to hold up passion for making music. Yet after all, they found that their friendship and the passion for music was what saved them every day. ”We feel like this record is an absolute pure and sincere representation of what we have become as individuals and as a band. We couldn’t be more proud of the upcoming debut full length entitled ’Sincere Uncertainty’, which will be released in March 2020 by our dear friend Tim at ’Midsummer Records’.” R&T
