@janaandren JÁNA, independent artist, producer and writer from Sweden, released her debut EP "Flowerworks" in a close collaboration with the Swedish band Little Dragon Less than a year later she was nominated for her first Swedish Grammy in the category of this year's R&B/Soul. JÁNA's music can be described as live-based R&B with electronic elements. She draws inspiration from artists such as Erykah Badu and Frank Ocean amongst others. Following up "Flowerworks" JÁNA released a stand alone single "Green (feat. VanJess)" featuring the American/Nigerian sister-duo VanJess.¨ Second EP "Works", a B-side to her debut EP "Flowerworks" where she once again collaborated with Little Dragon, as well as Frank Ocean’s bassist Ben Reed. That same year, JÁNA released a remix of the single “Joyride (feat. Vic Mensa) - Remix” now featuring VIC MENSA JÁNA supported Leon Bridges, performed at Lollapalooza, Way Out West and All Points East UK during summer 2022. She is currently working on her debut album to be released in 2023.
