Биография
Side Hug formed in 2017, when Lyd Landor (vocals/guitar) and Christian Ovalle (drums) met scooping ice cream on the north side of Chicago. After releasing their first EP 'Also', Allan Cardenas (lead guitar) expanded their sound with a washy ambience in their second EP 'Wasted Summer’ evoking the nostalgia of a blazing and heartbroken Chicago summer. After two years of writing as a group, the band returns in 2023 with all new music. Side Hug has played with groups such as Beach Bunny, The Jungle Giants, Tallies, Friko and more.
