I am a solo, independent R&B/Neosoul singer-songwriter currently based out of Calgary, AB. An unconventional artist to most people, my sound, lyrics and sultry voice have been described by listeners as "honey to the ears" that brings back a hint of nostalgia to old school R&B/soul combined with elements of Neosoul, trap beats and gospel jazz. Artists who have influenced my writing include Alicia Keys, PJ Morton, Robert Glasper, Nao Yoshioka, Maxwell, Brian McKnight and many more. "smooth. groove.inspire.believe. stay connected" are the 5 pillars that defines my brand as Natalia Chai Music and vision to bring back music that allow listeners to "feel" starting with my recent release of my newest singles "Ride or Die" and "Made For You" that is reminiscent of 90's retro R&B. The long term trajectory for my music is to inspire others to always follow their passion, to always grow and to believe that anything is possible.
