Биография

Juniper Nights are an Oxford based alternative rock band formed by James Gallagher and Zach Wilmott in 2017. The band underwent a soft reset in 2020 when new members Alex Bowring and Uzu Lim joined to complete their current lineup. The band draws inspiration from the grunge scene, merging its loud and angry sound with subtler sonic touches and introspective lyrics akin to cinematic pioneers such as The National, Beck, and Frank Ocean. Juniper Nights have developed a powerful and unique sound once described by Jammerzine magazine as "sonic bliss of David Lynchian proportions". 
 The band spent the majority of 2021 working on new material and began recording an album at Glasshouse Studios in the summer of 2022. The first release to emerge from these sessions is their new single Time To Rest which has been played on BBC Radio Oxford, Amazing Radio (UK and US) and several other domestic stations. This will be followed by a new EP, ‘Mantras’, due for release on 21st April 2023.
