The Artist Project of Bryan Wilhite, Wilfred, is a North Carolina native with a message that speaks for itself & one that reads like a classic novel. Years of intentional songwriting from his bedroom to his favorite local park transformed his artistry. Genreless at heart, Wilfred’s storytelling voice combined with emotion filled lyrics will make you feel seen and right at home. Following immense success on his debut single, ‘23,’ including New Music Friday placement & many other editorial supports, Wilfred’s blossoming discography is bursting at the seams to be shown to the world. Inspirations easily heard include Caamp, Noah Kahan, and Tyler Childers. Wilfred is a promising and rising figure in the Indie/Folk and Singer-Songwriter spheres. That’s who I am, a young artist with a perfectly imperfect mind that wants to write perfectly imperfect music. I love hiking and camping, and really anything to do with being active out in nature.
