Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Yates started his journey at the highest realm of royalty in KC collaborating with his first cousin/rap mogul Tech N9ne. Since then, Yates has established himself into a self-made artist constantly crafting his signature R&B/Alternative sound while still producing for other major artists. Past credits include Hip-Hop and R&B heavyweights like Kendrick Lamar and DaniLeigh, to name a few.--
