Hailing from Sangre Grande, a town on the east side of the Caribbean Island of Trinidad, 27 year old old soul Denzil Coutain aka Coutain has an extraordinary ability to instantly conjure endearing melodies delving deep to the core of his listeners’ emotions. Rooted in the intimacies of storytelling, Coutain draws deep from the Caribbean diaspora through his signature sound of roots, dancehall and afro-infused hip hop.
