Aila Gato, of Kikuyu, Maasai (African) and Nordic descent, grew up in an orphanage after her parents passing, and had to find refuge in her inner world. A singer/songwriter and multidisciplinary artist, both her music and visual art tell stories of sorrow, euphoria and finding one's inner power to keep going. Aila encourages you to reconnect with your inner child and with that looking into the depths of what made you who you are. As she reconnects her past with the present, Aila invites you along on her journey.
