Polaris Rose is a Los Angeles Alt Rock duo comprised of Peter Anthony and Madelynn Elyse. Their sound from day one was described as, “…a unique blend of catchy, melodic choruses and energetic performances… eccentric harmonies, memorable lyrics, and well-crafted instrumentation that is made all the more impressive by the fact that they produce and record their songs by themselves (AltSounds.com).” They launched in the fall of 2013 with the release of their debut EP, "The Moon & its Secrets" and their sophomore EP, "OceanSongs". This led to a string of full-length LPs, “Telescopes” (2014) and “Ocean Blue, Velvet Skies” (2016), which gained them features in the Aquarian Weekly and Music Connect’s List of Hot 100 Live Unsigned Artists. For their third record, “The Waves Within” (2019), Polaris Rose collaborated with producer John Spiker (Tenacious D, Filter), who added a master’s touch to their recordings. The duo is nearing completion of their fourth album and will be releasing new music soon.
