Биография

Hailing from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, Hunny Madu is an artiste who's been influenced by soul and hiphop from a young age. Citing Lauryn Hill, Nina Simone, Nas and Michael Jackson as her main influences in music, Hunny Madu has grown from having her own jazz hip hop band, hip hop group Admonition, to embarking on her own solo path. Having relesed her debut album back in 2011 entitled Pulau Janji whilst pursuing her radio career actively until 2013, Hunny then decided to venture out fully as a recording artiste in 2014 and since then has been dropping a single release every year. Hunny Madu has hosted, interviewed and shared the stage with some of the world's top artistes: Ne-Yo, Akon, Ludacris, Vin Diesel, Tyrese, Will.I.Am and more. Hunny Madu's been ranked as one of Malaysia's top female rappers with her fiery lyrics and powerful stage persona. Late 2017 whilst carrying her second child, Hunny locked herself in the studio and focused on finishing her next album. Look out for the release in 2018.
