Биография
Zuzana was born in Rimavská Sobota, currently based in Bratislava. She graduated from the Prague Conservatory and the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. She released her first album entitled "Slová" (Words) under the label Musical Fund, and at the end of 2018 she released her second album "Dievča" (Girl), on which she collaborated with producer and guitarist Andrej Hruška. The album was included in the selection of the 50 best albums of 2018 according to the editors of hudba.sk and in the selection of the 25 best Slovak albums of 2018 according to the editors of newmodelradio.sk. Since 2020, she has been working on the audiovisual project "Fúzie" (Fusion). The aim of the project is to connect and break down prejudices against other races and nationalities. In 2021, she performed at the Bratislava Jazz Days, at the awarding of the People's Memory Awards at the National Theater in Prague, at the commemorative event of the 32nd anniversary of the Velvet Revolution in the SND Historic Building with the song “Modlitba pro Martu” (Prayer for Martha). In April 2022, she sang at the Slnko v sieti film awards ceremony in the SND Historical Building. She performed as opening act for Lisa Simone and José James on Slovak Radio and for James Blunt on NTC. She performed at the concerts Peter Lipa - 75 years, the Pontis Foundation's Via Bona award. She also performed with the band at the festivals Pohoda, Trnavský jazzyk and others. In 2010,she became the "New Face of Slovak Jazz".
