Spirit Faces is the recording project of Pete Covington - a producer, songwriter and musician who's worked with Thelma Plum, Jack River and Annie Hamilton. Pete's output has been sporadic, confused and sprawling but is best characterised as sad bedroom pop. A really old quote from Chiefly Sounds: "From one of the most intriguing artists to come out of Sydney, Spirit Faces' Debut EP is an uncategorizable collection of askew pop songs that venture fluidly from rousing piano-driven melodies to woozy electronica. Can't wait to hear more from Pete Covington."
