KHIMO’s musical career started inside of their humble abode. At the age of 7, he first acquired his guitar and instantly fell down the rabbit hole of how sounds, melodies, and chords work. His musical influences include Earth Wind and Fire, D’Angelo, Stevie Wonder, James Brown, Marvin Gaye and is the main reason why he’s so into funk, neo soul, R&B, and blues. After winning Idol Philippines Season 2, KHIMO is focused on creating and producing music that truly represents him as an artist.
