She started in 2008 as one of the strongest contenders and early favorites in ABS-CBN’s singing reality search “Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2” and now considered as one of the most soulful female artists in the music industry. With several hits to her name, Liezel is also being tagged as today’s “Teleserye Theme Song Princess” as her voice is being heard in various ABSCBN daytime and primetime Koreanovelas and TV soaps - “Gisingin Ang Puso” from “Pure Love”, “Lumayo Ka Man” from “Precious Hearts Romance presents Lumayo Ka Man Sa Akin”, “Ngayong Alam Ko Na” from “Two Wives”, “Ikaw Lang at Ako” from “Precious Hearts Romance presents Paraiso”, “Alipin Ako” from “You’re Still The One” and counting. She has done shows not only in the Philippines but also in Filipino communities abroad – Japan, Kuwait and Dubai.
