Биография
Unifying alternative themes with a heavy rap flow that can go toe to toe with rap legends like Eminem and Busta Rhymes; Big Momma is a force unlike any other within the LGBTQ+ community. Big Momma encroaches the rap game in a unique way by combining elements of horror, sexual prowess and ball room culture that has never been seen before in the music landscape. In 2013, Big Momma made headlines across hip hop publications when dropping his first mixtape, Mommie Dearest. Mommie Dearest was a first of its kind in the genre of rap with its allude to serial killers to declare self bravado and a subject matter that demanded its audience to fall in line . Following Mommie Dearest, 2014’s independent LP release, The Plague, Big Momma’s name rose among the pioneers of alternative rappers who utilized social media to create visibility. At a time when body positivity was not as mainstream as it is in 2019, Big Momma has been ahead of the curve by grabbing the focal lens and spotlight to make sure the world’s eyes were on his message of self-empowerment since the beginning his career. In November of 2018, the Floridian rapper announced his debut studio album, MILF, with lead single "No Fats, No Femmes" featuring, CupcakKe. The track was met with universal praise from Billboard Pride which resulted in 100k streams across streaming platforms. MILF showcased a remarkable polish in Big Momma's craft with music journalists describing it as the modern queer coming of age experience.
