Born and bred South African singer-songwriter, based in London. After winning a TV show, being signed to a major and releasing an album he didn’t write, Richard went independent and moved overseas to cut his teeth and find his sound. Driven by authenticity, existentialism, hyper-awareness of the human condition and the fleeting nature of it all, Richard’s new music reminds listeners that they’re not alone in this wild world being human. That highs, lows, dreams, failures, self-doubt and belief are ever present, yet never constant. The songs speak to encourage constant reflection and to question, ultimately, one’s path, in a reminder to always keep joy, peace, love and fulfillment firmly front of mind.
