Rising alt-pop artist ‘angel cara’ is set to release her first EP and presents the first single ‘sick of me’. With these new songs cara is leaving some feelings and the corresponding mood behind that made her debut tracks. The evolution is palpable from the first sounds of the new six new tracks, that were produced over the last year. ‘sick of me’ is a sarcastic tribute to failed encounters and promises. The song has a pop-rock approach but with very contemporary production, drenched in heavy beats and floating sounds. “Music helps me to overcome my trauma and to express my feelings in a creative way. As a musician I don't do things superficially to please others, it is rather the opposite, I am motivated by my desire to make music without compromise and I want to inspire others to do the same. I feel like coming together with this new material and I can’t wait to show it to the world.”
