1994, in Vermont , at a Grateful Dead show, my parents Robin and Jeffrey first meet. 8 years later in 2002, my mother and father bring me into this world and name me after the guitarist of the band who opened for the dead... Trey, they called me. From the circumstances under which they met, to the name choice, to the countless performances of "monkey and the engineer" that my father sang to my mothers belly, it is no stretch to say that i was born to make music. As a matter of fact, i would go as far as to say that i believe i live only for the sole purpose of creating it. Music surges through my veins, entangles my mind, destroys, dissects and dismantles my soul. Yet, it is my truest love. it is a love that scares me enough to keep me up through the darkest part of night and is a love nurturing enough to make me feel warm and safe in the darkness. it is my most sacred outlet as well as my greatest frustration. it is the bridge that connects my father and i, and the witness to our (inner) disaster. It is war, yet it is my sweetest peace, and the only thing that justifies my insanity. 
 i do not know much in this life, but if theres one thing i do know, is is that my love for music, (as bizarre as it is) will never fade. And i'm just grateful music loves me back sometimes...
