Geoloceanic Progressive Death Metal Moonloop was born in 2001, and after three self released demos and many shows, the band signed to Listenable records to release an album in 2012, titled “Deeply from the Earth”. Since then, Moonloop have shared the stage with Gojira, Pestilence, Cynic, Anathema, Draconian, Persefone, Finntroll, Taake, Saturnus, Leaves Eyes, Iniquity, Foscor, Ktulu, Vidres a la Sang, Pitbulls in the nursery, and Lizzard, among many more. “Devocean”, Moonloop’s second studio chapter, was released in March 2017 through Listenable records worldwide, and also through Chaos Reigns label in Japan. After a succesful 2017/2018 Devoceanic Tour, a new era was born for Moonloop, marked by many revelations, new inspirations, and also line up changes. The band is currently recording their third studio chapter. Moonloop are: Eric Baulenas (vocals/guitars/keyboards) Raúl Payán (drums) Christian “Chiri” López (guitars/backing vocals) Marc "Luci" Contel (bass guitar)
