I try to make music I love. Country, red dirt, any dirt, Texas Country or pop it doesn’t really matter to me as long as it sounds good and means something. I love America and a lot of my music reflects that love. I tried the whole Nashville thing but it wasn’t for me. All the male artists wear black skinny jeans and as many bracelets as they can find. I moved back to Texas as quick as I could and now instead of listening to what image some label thinks I need shoot for - I wear and write about what I want. Being independent brought back my love for music and I hope I see you on the road and get to share it with you. Thanks for listening. -JMT
