成立於2013年，曲風由後搖、Emo Punk 加入Hardcore及全員主唱的元素，複雜鼓點加上吉他、bass音牆，VJ與合成器的編制，影像與音樂結合爽度加倍。 團名來自希臘哲人赫拉克利特（Heraclitus）說的 “change is the only constant in life.”，唯⼀不變的就是永遠在變化，也是佛說無常。 2016年底發行第一張錄音室作品《擱淺的人》，無歌詞的演奏曲式佔了多數，其中最受歡迎的，是一定會大合唱的同名單曲〈擱淺的人〉，描述平凡人生活中遇到的大小事，吶喊、爆裂、現場超有力。 2020年第二張錄音室專輯《更迭》，於12月底正式發行。 KST is a Taiwanese emo, screamo and post-rock band formed in 2013. The band consist of ARNY (vocal/ guitar), Creed (vocal/ guitar), IYUN (drums/vocal), CT (VJ/Synth/vocal), and Sion (bass/vocal). They typically compose instrumental pieces with powerful drum beat and infectious guitar sound and brings VJ and the synthesizer to live performance. The band's name KST (originally "Constant & Change") derives from the concept of impermanence implying life is full of uncertainty, and the only eternity in the world but change. Their first album title "Stranded People" was released in 2016 and the most popular song 'Stranded People' is rarely lyric-free. Their second album "Alternate Moments" was released in 2020.
