Blue Navy is the recording alias of Johnstown, Pennsylvania singer-songwriter Jake Dryzal, who creates highly ethereal and introspective compositions influenced by dream pop, shoegaze and slowcore. Débuting with "Mine" on January 8, 2016, his sophomore release, "Ours", was released on May 16, 2017. Blue Navy's first ambient single, "Drifting / August, Departed", came out in December of that year, which was then followed by "The Silent Diaries EP" in July 2018. He released his third album, "Yours", on December 4, 2020.
