Infected Dead are a 5 – piece technical death metal band from the eldritch shores of the River Medway in Kent. They exploded onto the scene in the dying days of 2016, quickly branching out from their home-town and cultivating a following in cities all over the UK. Just six months after their first live appearance Infected Dead were crowned winners of their regional Metal To The Masses competition, booking themselves a slot at Bloodstock Open Air 2017. In September of 2017 Infected Dead signed with Hostile Media Records for the release of their debut EP Archaic Malevolence. The EP was released in December 2017 receiving wide critical praise, greatly increasing their audience and landing them on the pages of Metal Hammer Magazine and Zero Tolerance. Following the release, Infected Dead have continued their assault on the UK scene, playing gigs up and down the country winning fans and growing their fanbase wherever they go with their sweaty, frantic performances and neck- snapping virtuoso playing. In the spring of 2019 Infected Dead embarked on their first UK tour with label-mates Reprisal, following that with a run as main support with the highly regarded Bloodshot Dawn in the Autumn. 2019 also saw the release of new material in the form of the monstrous single/video 'The Rache'.
