The Swedish metal-act Eastern High started out with the two brothers Ola and Johan Svensson, who were members of the Thrash Metal band Wasted Shells. After spliting up, Eastern High emerged as a new vision of a more progressive approach. The self-released debut album Garden of Heathens was produced and released in 2017. Eastern High quickly gained recognition across the globe and continue to develop the project forming it into a full-scale band in 2019. Eastern High played their first live performance in the summer of 2019, quickly followed by several gigs and bookings until the pandemic arrived. The band then refocused to complete the production of their new record, HALO which was released independently on the 30th of July 2021. New music is scheduled to be released during 2023. Current line-up: Ola Svensson, vocals. Johan Svensson, guitar. Niklas, guitar. Fredrik Rosdahl, bass. Christian Lindström, drums.
