Биография

The Amsterdammers is a music band from Madrid, founded in 2011. They've been playing with their current formation since 2015. Their sound projects the values and backgrounds from each of the members of the band: Marcos Villanueva (lead singer and ukulele), Santiago Martínez (keyboards), Álvaro Villanueva (bass guitar), Pablo Villanueva (drums) and Conrado Álvarez (guitar). Their songs resemble a wide range of styles, from indie pop of the early 2000s to post punk, merge with surf and folk influences. Their first EP was published in January, 2017, with the name "Early 20s", with wich they toured in clubs all around Spain, standing out their participation in the MadCool festival 2017. In May, 2018 their second EP came out, "Things We All Should Know", an anthem to life as it is, inspired on those who still listen.
