With a spunky quirk to her voice that hits all the right notes blended with a seemingly lighthearted writing style that addresses deep topics in a tongue-in-cheek manner, Emmy Davis is quickly paving her road to becoming America’s next musical sweetheart. Hailing from picturesque West Virginia, the saccharine songbird has been singing for as long as she can remember, “find[ing] an abundance of joy sharing [her music with other people.] As a child she learned guitar from her grandpa, writing her first song at age 12 before performing on stages all over the hills of Appalachia, playing her pop-infused folk tunes for enamored audiences. In June 2021, Emmy will release her first studio single, “Silly Girl,” to streaming services, along with an accompanying music video where Emmy stars as a girl who is the emotional epitome of the old adage “love is blind”….until she isn’t.
