Having released a string of singles since their inception in 2014, with a well-received debut EP ‘Perspectives’, recorded by Daniel Kerr, released at the end of 2018, and UK tour support slots with Our Hollow, Our Home and TheCityIsOurs in 2019, fan and industry attention for the band was really gaining traction when Covid hit and live music was temporarily silenced. After a productive hiatus, and nearly two years on from their last release, THE UNCHARTED return. The Uncharted is a 7-piece Progressive Metal band from Gloucester UK, formed from the ashes of their previous endeavours, with a vision of combining the best elements of their favourite genres to create something unique and forward thinking. Taking their name from the 'uncharted' territory they found themselves in, the band found their way fusing hard-hitting riffs, breakdowns, orchestral assaults and dual vocalists, resulting in a diverse and individual sound that is equally as damn heavy as it is melodic.
