In 1994, three high school classmates from Tustin, CA decided that their hobbies of creating music together should be taken to the next level. That’s what John (Lead Vocals/Guitar), Shawn (Bass/Vocals) and Steve (Drums) set out to do and they called it, TENFOLD. In 1995 they launched, "Bored in Tustin" album and aggressively toured the Southern CA circuit. Additionally, TENFOLD was featured on the Quick Silver surfing video, "Tim Curran - Here and Now". With this, a portal for the globe to experience TENFOLD was opened. Early on, TENFOLD found themselves growing in popularity and continually playing on bills with local favorites, Lit, John Doe, Home Grown and the Grabbers to name a few. As production on a second album was underway, the band began to feel the pressures of life and the toll of the industry. The band took the course most bands do and in late 1996 TENFOLD was a band of the past. Flash forward 15 years! As the members of TENFOLD continued to live, work and socialize in Orange County discussions of a possible reunion loomed during this unplanned hiatus. Discussions turned into action in 2009 with a onetime reunion show. “On” was released in 2011, followed by two singles “Lights” (2014) and “Bear Your Cross” (2015). With a pandemic hiatus, there have been reports of the boys meeting in secret, wee hours of the morning to begin the “new music” ‘process all over again. After all, 30 Years is coming up soon!
