STAYJ is a young indie band that plays a characteristic fusion of rock, jazz and pop. The name STAYJ refers to the beginning letter of the four founding members’ names. 
 STAYJ’s newest single 20 Madonnas is a bold mix of classic rock, instrumental dnb and a 3/8 waltz rhythm. It explores human imagination as a tool for improving one’s wellbeing. The song depicts a scene similar to the Night at the Museum movie. This time, however, it is the statues on the famous Charles Bridge in Prague that become alive and interact with the main hero. 
 STAYJ’s recent song Palette of the World, an anthem to the Central European Jamboree 2022, has had thousands of European listeners both live and online. The song expresses first-hand understanding of those who are trying to find their “shade in the painting of the world”. In 2020, STAYJ released the EP Chapter 1: Stories, recorded in Prague and in Edinburgh. Last year, in Dresden, the energy of a homeless man who surprisingly joined STAYJ’s performance as a singer, inspired the band to compose their recent EP No Money to Spare. 
 The band’s endeavour is to build close connections with their audience, striving for a friendly atmosphere at every point throughout their shows. During the pandemic, STAYJ reinforced these connections by recording the song “Little Guy” from home. In March, by composing a new song and organising a charity concert, STAYJ expressed their support to the brave people of Ukraine.
