Биография
Atoll is a slamming brutal death metal band formed in 2014 in Phoenix, AZ USA. Currently signed to Unique Leader Records, Atoll recently released a 6 song EP called Prepuce in 2022. The reviews for the recent release sum up the mantra for the band: "Guttural and garish slamming death metal. That’s all you need to know. Atoll have been doing this for a while now and this new EP just confirms them as one of the giants of the slam scene...if you’re new to this band, it’s important to point out that Atoll aren’t your run of the mill slam death band. As they have an innate catchiness that makes their ferocious blasts, breakdowns and grinding savagery all the more listenable." - Carl Fisher - GBHBL.com "The band remains true to their genre, whilst force-feeding us grinding melodies, clever breakdowns and catchy onslaughts of pure brutality. Three full lengths and a couple labels later, Atoll hook up with Unique Leader Records for some comedically ridiculous song titles and seriously bruising jams on the heaving slab of Brutal Death Metal EP Prepuce." - Rick Farley - MetalEpidemic.com "New slam albums are a dime a dozen, but the ones that are worth putting on repeat are some of the most entertaining music out there. With Prepuce, Atoll seems to have created one of the latter. Each member of the band performs their role extremely well, and the result is an obscene, blasting journey that takes us exactly where we needed it." - Bridget Hughes - HeavyBlogIsHeavy.com
