    A talent-stocked, old-school Swedish death metal collective featuring members of At the Gates, the Haunted, Skitsystem, Tormented, Disfear, and God Macabre, the Lurking Fear was founded in 2016 in Gothenburg. Drawing inspiration from extreme metal legends like Autopsy, Slayer, Bathory, and Possessed, the quintet, which features the talents of Tomas Lindberg (vocals), Fredrik Wallenberg (guitar), Jonas Stålhammar (guitar), Adrian Erlandsson (drums), and Andreas Axelson (bass), released their debut long-player, Out of the Voiceless Grave, via Century Media in 2017.
