Биография
Filipino-American record producer Ramon Ibanga, Jr. (aka !llmind) weaves samples into what is ultimately a minimal style of production; this approach has seen him work with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Kanye West, Drake, Dr. Dre, and Ariana Grande. Born in New Jersey, he started making music at 13 after borrowing equipment from his father, who was also a musician. He started learning production in 1997 and began uploading tracks online. He first garnered wide attention with his remix of Jay-Z's Black Album, re-titled The Black and Tan Album. From there his workload ballooned, with a full-length collaborative album, The Art of Onemind, emerging in 2015 with Symbolyc One. A number of high-profile collabs followed, including production on Akrobatik's 2008 Absolute Value, and an album with Skyzoo in 2010, Live from the Tapedeck. He released his debut instrumental full-length Beh!nd the Curta!n in 2011. He moved to New York in 2012, around the same time that his track "The Morning" appeared on Cruel Summer, a compilation released on Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music. He created his own company, Roseville Music Group, in 2014 to provide prodution across multiple genres. His next major release was a full-length album, Human, in tandem with Joell Ortiz in 2015, but his wide reach was better felt the following year, when he co-produced "You're Welcome" for the soundtrack of Disney's Moana. The work continued to flood in, with 2017 being exceptionally busy: He produced for Future, Khalid, Lil Uzi Vert, Bryson Tiller, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, and Meek Mill. The following year, he was drafted to work on Jay-Z and Beyonce's joint album Everything Is Love; one of many talented producers, he co-produced both "Heard About Us" and "Bigger Than You." ~ Liam Martin
