THE PAST The story begins in early 2011 when Sam, the Halloween Man, took charge of his destiny and his alter ego, Zombie Sam, emerged from the Shadows. With his exceptional talents as a guitarist, composer, arranger and vocalist, Sam created something unique, combining his huge passion for Halloween, horror, Tim Burton style movies, dark soundtracks and ambient sounds with his heavy and massive guitar riffs and orchestral sound. In October 2012 Sam set out on the exploration and creation of a full album, titled "Self Conscious Insanity". The solo project quickly evolved into a talented trio, with Ivan King (The Silverblack) on vocals and Patrik on drums. Zombie Sam’s new trio became a creepy Halloween-ish family. Zombie Sam’s art encompasses a new musical genre created by his passion for soundtracks and industrial music, his strong artistic expression and arrangements in various ambiences (fairytale, horror, Halloween and electronic). In 2016, Sam teamed with Ryan Howell (The Monroes, Farewell, My Love) and they released a successful series of popular cover songs including Kidnap the sandy Claws, This is Halloween and an excellent version of Black Veil Brides’ “In The End”. Ryan and Sam were honoured with an opportunity to travel to Texas USA to play a live version of “A Hallow Tale” featuring Sophia from Season of Ghosts.
