Born and raised in Kentucky, Halfway Home picked up their things in 2022 and moved to Nashville, TN to chase the country music dream. While in college at Western Kentucky University, four guys from Kentucky would form a friendship through their passion for music that would lead them to pursue a dream they had aspirations to chase their entire life. One Summer evening in the basement of their college apartment, playing music and writing as they usually did, these four guys made the decision to take their music to the next level and chase the music dream. That night, Halfway Home was born. Composed of Matthew Deck (Lead Singer/Guitarist), Evan Phillips (Lead Guitarist), Carl-Thomas Boyd (Drummer), and Chase Schnell (Bassist/Pianist). Halfway Home has since played shows throughout Kentucky and Tennessee spreading their sound and sharing their original music. Halfway Home debuted their sound on September 28th, 2022, with their first released single, I Saw Your Car. Since then, they have collaborated with writers and producers in Nashville, TN as they work to put out their Debut EP. Their most recent release is a song that has been in the works for years within the band. Titled "Old Fashioned" which is set to be released on May 5th, 2023. Be on the lookout for Halfway Home, these guys have a different sound that makes one respect the versatility coming into the industry and they can't wait to share it with you.
