Saori Yano (born in 1986, from Tokyo japan) is an alto saxophone player. She has played alto saxophone since she was 9 years old. Charlie Parker inspired her to play Jazz, and she was impressed by Billy holiday's autograph when she was 14 years old. Later, she cast herself in Jazz club and started to perform on stage afterward. She (was 16 years old) made her debut that got a great of attention as a second Japanese artist from the Jazz prestige record label “SAVOY” on September, 2003. She Studied to get serious about the roots of modern Jazz "Bebop" that not only did she perform on stage in Japan and New York. Her 1st Best Album got “The Japan Gold Disk Award Jazz Album of the Year 2008. In Addition, She released 11st Album “Bubble Bubble Bebop” on April, 2015.In June 2017, it will be appointed as Sony Mobile "Xperia XZs" TVCM. From 2022, his own project "House of jaxx" will start! 矢野沙織　1986年生まれ 東京出身。 9歳のときブラスバンドでアルト・サックスを始める。チャーリー・パーカーに衝撃を受けジャズに傾倒、14歳でビリー・ホリデイの自叙伝に感銘し、自らジャズクラブに出演交渉を行ってライブ活動をスタート。 ジャズの名門SAVOYレーベル日本人アーティスト第2弾として2003年9月、16歳でセンセーショナルなデビューを飾る。モダン・ジャズの起源である“ビ・バップ”に真摯に取り組み、日本にとどまらずニューヨークでもライブを重ねる一方、テレビ朝日系「報道ステーション」テーマ曲に起用され、世に新世代ジャズの到来を知らしめた。 2007年春、花王“ASIENCE”の新たなアジアンビューティとしてCMに登場。同CMで使用されたオリジナル曲「I & I」を収録した、20歳にして初のベストアルバムは、第22回日本ゴールドディスク大賞 ジャズ・アルバム・オブ・ザ・イヤーを受賞。ジャズの枠を超えて広く注目を集めた。 2017年に長女出産。2020年に次女出産。 2022年6月、自身のプロジェクト「House of Jaxx」を本格始動。
