Emerging from Chicago, now living in Los Angeles, rapper, songwriter, & entertainer. KC Ortiz has plans to spread her music across the world. Ortiz is originally from Mobile, Alabama, and moved to Chicago in 2006. She recently moved to Los Angeles to further her entertainment career. She has released 4 mixtapes, “Beach Street”, “Church Tapes”, “Dollar Drinks”, and “The Campground”. She has been writing and recording music for over 10 years. She started making music in Chicago, where she has performed at many venues across the city. She has also performed in Brooklyn, New York, Oakland, San Francisco, and Berlin Germany. Ortiz has been featured in many publications such as Paper Magazine, Billboard, MTV, Vibe Magazine, iHeart Radio, Hype Beast, Adult Swim, Human Rights Campaign, The Trevor Project, World of Wonder, and many more. KC has opened for such names as Iggy Azeala, Steve Aoki, Tamar Braxton, Lupe Fiasco, Big Freedia, and Cupcakke. Music has been the passion of her life and she wants to share her gift with the world.
