Hailing from Wicklow Ireland, Look to the Lady are a hard-hitting Alternative Rock/Indie band with powerful female vocals at the forefront of their guitar driven sound. Formed in 2012, Look to the Lady consists of Kelly Bolger on vocals, Josh Meakin and John Dunne on guitars, Paul Newell on bass and Michael Newell on Drums. The band have graced many stages over the years including the Button Factory, the Workmans Club and Whelans for Whelans' Ones to Watch festival. Look to the Lady achieved success with their 2014 EP 'Mechanical Lights', recorded in the home studio of fellow Wicklow band Enemies. Described as a “whirlwind journey through sound”, the band became instant players of the local Wicklow scene. Following this success, Look to the Lady gigged and produced new music tirelessly until they were prepared for their next release. In the summer of 2017, the band organised their own music festival in Wicklow town named LTTL Fest to promote the local music scene and to debut their new, yet-to-be released EP to their home crowd. With the success of two singles, My Name and Distant Waves, Look to the Lady released their second EP ‘Delirium’ on the 22nd of November with a show in the Workmans Club.
