Friyie pronounced {free- yay}, is a buzzing artist based out of Toronto, Canada. He started music to use his voice as a vehicle to tell tales of what he's exposed to and what's around him daily. This outlet of expression has allowed him to develop as an artist and unlock new levels of creativity. Friyie has developed from being known as a rapper to now an artist. Amidst the highs and lows that come with a rockstar career, Friyie navigates every twist and turn with a cool, calm and collected demeanour and never ceases to count his blessings. He is a modern-day rockstar in his own right; bouncing between Rap, R&B, Pop, Reggae and Afro Beat- Friyie continues to prove why he has staying power in an industry that has become oversaturated with sameness.
