John Daly (singer/guitarist) and Sam Connolly (drummer) are Mt.Heads. after meeting on the first day of school at 4 years old, MT.Heads have grown up making indie rock/pop together. deciding to release their first song Valentine - Demo just days before Sam played with The Killers in Malahide Castle in front of 30,000 people. With their debut single surpassing 10,000 streams the same day they played Sea Sessions 2023, Following Playing live on FM104 as early promotion of the single. Their 3 released songs have a combined 18,000 streams. MT.Heads explore and combine a mix of different genres to create a sound that takes pop elements from @Dominic Fike and Still Woozy whilst being influenced by the rockiness of Arctic Monkeys. The two boys are joined by bassist Aisling Stephens McGowan, lead guitarist Luke Mooney, Trumpet Player Callum Byrne and Backing Vocalist Grace Diogo Jacobs to make a strong 6 piece filled with groove, complex yet catchy melodies and brass elements that further enhance their live sound.
