Deeper Well Records is excited to announce the release of singer/songwriter Cory Dauber’s sophomore album, May All Times Go To You, due out September 2021. It follows his 2016 debut, Turn Into a Mountain, in which Cory’s songs are carried along by a slow-burning, elegant Americana rock-band, creating Magnolia Electric Company-esque soundscapes. May All Times Go To You is a spacious and stripped-back honest folk record, comprised of nearly all acoustic instruments, bringing shades of Townes Van Zandt, Jim James, and Comes a Time-era Neil Young. The album was recorded with a cast of some of Deeper Well’s finest musicians (Luke Price on fiddle, Michael Blake on keys, and Eric Earley of Blitzen Trapper on acoustic guitars) almost entirely live, creating a wealth of beautifully spontaneous instrumental passages, which perfectly accompany Cory’s heartfelt lyrics and classic melodies.
