Power does it. MINUS YOUTH blasts out with groove, harshness, honesty, and a shitload of flow. The only thing that's more energetic than the passion they force you to feel is their intense live performance. This hardcore unit from Stuttgart, Germany shared the stage with Acts like Life Of Agony, Terror, Incendiary, Blacklisted and Modern Life Is War. For now, that's enough name-dropping. More importantly: MY keeps the DIY Spirit alive and loves to tour around Europe with local heroes and the underdogs. As 2016 died, the group formed. But they were not new kids on the scene. MINUS YOUTH teamed up out of the present and past projects like Lion City, No End In Sight, Crisis Never Ends, Pessimistic Lines, We Had a Deal or Nametaker. Their first release, the „Teenage Duty“ demo was released in early 2017. For all the nostalgic people: That demo is available on tape (Drastic Actions). Or steal it from Bandcamp. On their 7“ Split-Vinyl - which was featured by the legendary Hardcore Recordstore CORETEX - they collided with BLOOD.SHOT.DOWN to keep you movin’ and groovin’. With their 2019 debut album “No Generation” they gave the “grown-up naivety of a teenager” (Hellfire Magazine) its soundtrack and absolutely “took no prisoners” (noecho.net) with that record.
